- Two day State Level Workshop on“ Problem Solving in Algebra & Mathematical Analysis”
Mathematics Department of the college has organized “Two days State Level Workshop on Problem Solving in Algebra & Mathematical Analysis” on 29th & 30th January 2016. More than 70 participants from all over Maharashtra participated in this workshop. - Two Day National Conference on “Application of Electronics and Computer Science”
Electronics and Computer Science Department of the college organized National level Conference on ‘Applications of Electronics and Computer Science’ on 20th -21st 2017. Total 33 research papers from Nagpur, Udaypur, Nashik, Nagar and Pune district were received, out of which 13 were selected for oral presentations and 20 were selected for poster presentation. The chief guest for the inauguration function was Mr. Vivek Sawant Managing Director and CEO MKCL pune. - Two Days State Level Workshop on Python Programming
Two days state workshop on Python Programming was organised on 29-30 January 2019. The workshop was inaugurated at the hands on Mr. Shrirang Bapat CTO, Sterlite Tech FortyTwo Labs LLP, Pune. More than 65 teachers and students participated in this workshop. - Science Day Celebration
Every year Science Day is celebrated by the Department on 28 February. Computer Project exhibition by TYBSc (CS) students is organised every year. Eminent personality from academics or Industry is invited to conduct a session on science related topic. - Intercollege/Intracollege Paper Presentation Competition in Electronics and Computer Science, in Mathematics and Statistics and Poster competitions.
Every year, the Department conducts Intercollege/Intracollege Paper Presentation Competition in Electronics and Computer Science, in Mathematics and Statistics and Poster competitions for the students of B.Sc. (C.S.). - ‘Electronics Project Model exhibition’ and ‘Computer Project exhibition’
Every year, the Department organises ‘Electronics Project Model exhibition’ and ‘Computer Project exhibition’ by the students of SY and TYBSc (CS). - A session by Padma Shri Dr. Pramod Kale Director, Integrated Circuit and Information Technology Pvt. Ltd., VLSI Design and Research Center, Pune was organized on the occasion of Science Day in 2017.
- A session by Dr. Milind Pande VC, MIT WPU, Project Director, MIT Group of Institutions was organized in 2017. He talked about Digital Marketing.
- Department of Computer Science organized a guest lectures under special guidance for FYBSc(CS) students on ‘Algortihms’ on 7 October 2017 by Ms. Madhuri Deshpande and a lecture on ‘Pointer in C’on 23 January 2018 by Ms. Ashwini Pandharpure.
- Eminent people such as Dr. Aditya Abhyankar, Head, Department of Technology, SPPU, Prof. Dr. A.D. Shaligram, Head Department of Electronic Science, SPPU, Dr. N.M. Kulkarni, Vice principal and Head Department of Electronics, Fergusson College, Dr. P.B. Buchade Principal and Head Department of Electronics Garware College, Dr. M.L. Dongare Vice-Principal and Head Department of Electronics, S.M. Joshi College, Mr. Shrirang Bapat CTO, Sterlite Tech, FortyTwo Labs LPP, Pune, Dr. Ambuja Salgaonkar Head, Department of Computer Science, Mumbai University, Dr.Sanjay Daga Dhole Head, Physics Department, SPPU visited to the college and conducted sessions for the B.Sc. (CS) students.
